Welcome and congratulations. It seems you have taken a first step in considering an acquisition of a property in Greece. I’m Peter Boufeas, part British as my mother was from Sunderland and my father from Kalamata and I studied Mechanical Engineering in England and got my masters degree from Imperial College, London.
My company is based in Athens Greece and have a passion for the country, its environment and traditions offering experience and knowledge in the construction of Greek luxury villas and stone villas. We do not mass produce Greek houses, only building a few houses at any one time so that we may personally choose and examine all materials at every stage of the construction as we would as if we were building the house for our own family.
In fact we are so confident in our construction and materials that we are proud to say we are one of only a handful of companies that offer a written guarantee for all materials we use. We have a deep knowledge of construction which allows us to successfully restore charming old buildings. Some are over 150 years old.
